With qualified fitness instructors always on hand, the gym really does have everything, including:
• Heated indoor pool
• Spacious changing rooms
• Experience showers, sauna, steam, spa and gardens, as well as
• A sports café where you can enjoy a coffee and a snack after your session
(Spa opening later in 2009)
With all this and more, it's no wonder that our new gym is so popular and why visitors to Nar Valley Cottages return to us and recommend us time and time again as the only place to stay in what is arguably England's most idyllic county.
