The Contract for a short-term holiday rental shall be made between the Holidaymaker and Nar Valley Holiday Cottages. The Contract shall be governed by UK Law. It will be entered into when the deposit is processed and Nar Valley Holiday Cottages issues the confirmation letter. The Contract will be subject to all the following booking conditions.

The holidaymaker undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and also undertakes to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Nar Valley Holiday Cottages should be compensated for any damage and breakages which may occur (fair wear and tear excepted).

The number of persons using the holiday property is not to exceed the maximum number stated.

The owners of the holiday property are to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.

Holidaymakers using the swimming pool do so at there own risk and must adhere to the the rules.

Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times.

The Holidaymaker shall be responsible for insuring his own possessions while they are on or in the property.

A maximum of two well behaved pets are welcome.

The first basket of logs for the fire are included, any additional required are at cost.
